Are you going skiing this season? Are you ‘Physio Fit to Ski’?

Get fit for skiing!

Come down to our clinic in Hatfield and have an extensive examination to look for any ski-specific weakness areas that may cause injury on the slopes. If any problematic areas are identified, then you will be given an individual exercise programme to correct them. If there are no major areas for concern, then you will be given a four- to six-week ‘Physio Fit to Ski’ plan to work on the key areas for ski injury prevention, which include aerobic fitness, core stability (focusing on specific ski pilates exercises), and leg strength. This combination of having an extensive assessment and an individual range of treatments will reduce the chance of injury and discomfort, and improve your skiing technique on your long-awaited skiing holiday. You will be amazed at the results!
