Imagine the scene; you have had a great first 9 holes. You’re swinging well, hitting the fairways and the greens, holing putts and you’re on target to complete the round with a good score. Then fatigue kicks in. The inward 9 back to the clubhouse are hard work; your arms feel heavy, your accuracy disappears and you feel lethargic. Aches and pains are now ruining what could have been a great round of golf and you finish off the pace.
This is a common problem for both recreational golfers and budding professionals alike.
Perfect Balance Clinic has designed a series of Scientific Golf Conditioning classes focussing on increasing endurance and muscle sequencing for a more complete golf swing. Using up to date techniques from TPI, GolfBand, CHEK and FASTER, the classes will ensure not only that your muscles are stronger but, more importantly, the exercises are specific to the modern day golfer.
Scientific golf conditioning will correct muscular imbalance, increase flexibility and strengthen your core to ensure your back 9 is as good as your front 9!
The Scientific Golf Conditioning classes will initially run from our Hatfield clinic at the following times:
Monday evening – 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Saturday afternoon – 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm
