What Is Running Coaching?

You’d be forgiven for thinking that running is a simple, uncomplicated way of training. However, there’s much more to it than meets the eye.

Whether you are a professional runner or you simply want to keep on top of your fitness by jogging, you may need to get some guidance in order to get the most of your training. That’s where our specialist training experts come in.

In order to run efficiently, some changes may need to be made to your current running technique. We can show you how to get the most out of your training and boost your performance. Within a surprisingly short time, you could be running further and faster than you ever could before.

What Happens During Running Coaching?

Our coaching is designed specifically to help you get the most out of your running abilities and we tailor our services for each client.

Prior to coaching, our sports therapists will consult with you to find out your current ability level. If you have any injuries or previous strains, we will provide you with advice and techniques to ensure that you continue to train safely.

Your running technique will be reviewed and as coaching sessions progress, you will notice a significant physiological improvement.

Your personal needs will be monitored and evaluated and you’ll be enjoying the benefits of a better running technique in no time.
