A great indoor season so far

It’s been great to actually do a solid winter training for the first time in 3 years. Last year I battled with glandular fever and the year before that with osgood schlatters. This year I’ve trained well and got good results in the indoors as a result. So far I have taken golds in the Essex County Champs, Eastern Counties and Southern Champs. All with good solid 1.70m jumps. However, I know there is more to come. I’ve just got the U20 Nationals to go then my indoor season is over as I look toward the outdoor season. I’ve stayed fit and well under the watchful eye of Perfect Balance. The hip flexor that took me out from the UK School Games and the niggle of shin splints briefly at the tail end of last year soon went with specific treatment at PB. Really looking forward to my first full U20 season…
